No. DVLA requires an address where you are personally present, so no virtual address can be used for vehicle registration, driving licence applications or other DVLA correspondence. Any DVLA mail sent here will be returned to sender.

As a registered office provider, we are required under UK Money Laundering Regulations to verify the identity of anyone using our address for company registration. It is what keeps the address credible with banks, Companies House and HMRC.

One government issued photo ID (passport, driving licence or national ID card), and one proof of residential address dated within the last three months.

Once your address is active, UK company law requires your registered office to be formally updated with Companies House (an AD01 form) and HMRC notified separately. We will talk you through this as part of setup.

No long term contract and no notice period. Your plan renews monthly or annually and you can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Automatic renewal stops straight away and your address stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

When your service ends, you are no longer authorised to use our address. You must change your company's registered office address at Companies House, and update any other records where you use our address, within 30 days of your service ending. If the change has not been made within 30 days, we may notify Companies House that our address is being used without authorisation and request that your company's registered office be changed to the Companies House default address. Whether to make this change is a decision for Companies House.

Fees paid are non refundable, because your unique office number is assigned to you as soon as you pay and cannot be reassigned for some time. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
